Marc Delves is a highly skilled construction expert with over 20 years’ experience in the industry and a vast network of sought after professionals in the trade. Marc started his career as a cabinet maker and has worked his way through the building arena to Construction Director of DCM UK Construction. Marc has extensive experience in building and managing renovation projects, new build developments & highly complex conversions. Marc’s total; combined, project building size, exceeds well over £30m. Marc is the most liked on-site but make no mistake, his attention to detail, craftsmanship and execution is second to none.
Maj Curtis is a seasoned property investor and developer with a proven track record in the property investment sector, with a total portfolio management size in excess of £10m and extensive expertise across diverse strategies such as Buy to Lets, Houses of Multiple Occupation, Supported Living, Commercial to Residential Conversions, and New Builds. Maj brings a wealth of experience to DCM and in addition holds a First-Class, Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Business Management and manages the commercial/investment arm of DCM.
